USA TUNGSTEN BUCKING BAR GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY
USA Tungsten offers high quality bucking bars, all bars are carefully inspected to ensure the quality of our products.
In the first 48 hours of receiving the shipment, it will be the customer's responsibility to verify the package, note any visible damage and take photos of the condition in which it arrived. We will immediately arrange for the product to be returned and replaced.
The customer has 30 days after purchase to make any returns of products that have not been used, there is a 20% re-stocking fee. Item must be received within 40 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. The freight costs, customs fees and any other expenses generated by the return will be borne by the customer. An RMA is not required to make the return. Special orders that do not exist in inventory cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Within 60 days of purchase, replacement is 100% free.
From 61 to 90 days a discount of 75% will be granted in the cost of the replacement.
From 91 to 120 days a discount of 50% will be granted in the cost of the replacement.
From 121 days on, no replacement discount will be granted.
